Am I healthy? I guess you have asked yourself this question many times in your life before.

Many people have all kinds of different ideas about health, it changes from culture to culture, country to country and even from person to person.

As there is no such thing as being perfect, there is also no such thing as being perfectly healthy. Every person is different and because of that, health is different for every person.

However one thing is always true. Health is a combination of different factors. There is physical health. Probably the first thing that popped into your mind. But there is also for example emotional health, spiritual health, mental health and social health. All of those categories can be put in many subcategories as well.

Health is a combination of : BODY, MIND and SPIRIT.

One can only be healthy when all of those three factors are in balance.
