Keep in mind that the bedroom is a place for romance and relaxation.

  • Use Lavender essential oil. Sprinkle a few drops on a piece of tissue and put it under your pillow, make your own room spray by mixing it with water, or use an aromatherapy diffuser.
  • Use organic cotton sheets and make sure to have a comfortable and inviting bed.
  • The bed should be solid and stable.
  • Avoid the color red. Soothing pale colors are appropriate.
  • No plants. Plants can drain the room of auspicious vibrations.
  • The bedroom shouldn’t be too warm but you shouldn’t be freezing as well. Try to keep the temperature around 65F or 19C.
  • Try Valerian, Chamomile or Lemon Balm Tea.
  • Clear the air. Don’t go to bed in the middle of an argument.
  • Clear the clutter. The bedroom should be a calm and relaxing environment.
  • Don’t work or watch TV in the bedroom.  Too many books can also be to stimulating.
  • Clocks and phones should be kept away from the bed as they provide too much electromagnetic stimulation.
  • Be in the present. Don’t worry about the past or future.

Blocking People’s Bad Vibes – 2 min Read

So you wake up in the morning feeling good and looking forward to enjoying  the rest of the day. Out of a sudden you are running into  another person and you start losing energy and start feeling bad. Most likely this has happened to you more than once. So let’s see how we can fix this.

What has happened is a very natural reaction and that is simple energy exchange. Everybody on this planet is surrounded by an energy field that protects us. If your energy shield is in tact, there is no chance an other person’s bad vibes or energies would affect you. However, if other people affect your mood simply by their presence, that’s a sign that you have holes in your energy shield. Which means that you are way more unstable than you think.

So let’s fix it:

  1. Sit quiet for a couple of minutes and think about the things that maybe bother or worry you. Then slowly start to release them. Be mindful.
  2. Release all kinds of stress and tensions.
  3. Simply visualize an energy shield around you. Start to feel the energy inside of you.
  4. Focus your mind and use all your senses to fully experience the energy shield around you.
  5. Make the intention to only let good things pass through your shield in both ways, for example love.
  6. Remember how this energy shield feels like and bring it back in case you need it again.

This may remind you of Star Wars but I dare you to give it a try. It may be more helpful than you think.

Life sucks! I get it. More than once everyone is going through a rough time. Life is not always easy and sometimes it just doesn’t make any sense.  However, no matter what is happening to us, we are left with exactly two choices.  Either we accept it and move on or fight against it and be miserable.

Life is unpredictable but these two choices bring the power back into our hands.  If we choose to accept and let go, we can free ourselves. No matter how miserable we feel, we cannot change the situation for the better. On the contrary, we are attracting more misery.

On the other hand, if we feel good from the inside in every situation, we are changing things for the better. There is no rule  that forces us to be feeling sad or angry. We can choose the way we feel and act.

Be conscious of your feelings and choose to be happy!

Tea Tree essential oil is something you shouldn’t miss out on. It is one of nature’s most important antiseptics. It is also antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal. It is used by the Aborigines for centuries.

It can be used for example on:

  • Skin infections
  • Athletes Foot
  • Cold Sores
  • Vaginal Yeast Infections

The Importance of Decluttering – Getting Rid of Stuff

Getting rid of stuff might be more important than you think. Nowadays we live in a capitalistic society in which it is important to own a lot of stuff. The more you own the happier you are – That’s what they try to sell us.

However, this couldn’t be  more far from the truth. It is the opposite. We learned to believe that we can buy happiness. We only need to open a magazine or watch TV. Everyday we are flooded by a wave of products that promise us more happiness and a better life. We may be happy for a couple of minutes but then we tend to be more miserable than before.

It is important to understand that we cannot buy happiness. Happiness comes from the inside. Nothing and nobody can make us happy. Happiness is a choice we make every single second.

Our things don’t just occupy space in our house or apartment they also occupy space in our mind. The more we have the more we have to think about. This space could be used more efficiently if it wouldn’t be filled with stuff. The less you have the less you have to worry about. Getting rid of things brings freedom. More time and space that you can use for the moments that really make you happy. You can focus on the present and future instead of holding on to things from the past.
