Drink plenty of water!

Water is one of the most important things for your health. Up to 60% of the human adult body is water. Water is essential for your body and mind to function. Stay away from caffeine and sodas and enjoy a glass of water with some lemon instead. I highly recommend to start your day with a glass of water instead of coffee.

It is okay to be lazy!

In our society nowadays we see it as a big achievement to be super busy. However, being busy does not increase our quality of life. Humans, as every other animal, need time to relax and just do nothing. Look at cats or dogs, they sleep almost all the time. It is okay to not be super busy, nothing to be ashamed of.

Yes I know you have probably heard this sentence a million times. However it is very important to acknowledge the fact that food plays a major role in your life. If you feed your body with garbage and poison, in the end you are going to feel ย and look very bad. If you wanna feel and look healthy you have to eat and drink healthy food.
